We remember what happened in 2002 as you reminded them in last May.
We remember what happened during 2007-2009 as you reminded in last May.
We know what you remember now since you continue to remind us very frequently.
But it's tragic that you act as if you remember pieces of what they did to the country.
Wish we could remember you as if we remembered you till last November.
With same respect which you deserved & which you are now creating enough & more distance from that respect.
Sincerely wish "Aney Manda Sarath" to be headlines on 26th Jan 2010 since country is larger than you for us
This is to awaken our memories only

Can you remember - United we won divided we???
This is what was reported in late May this year by an Indian news channel. The very same thing was brought to light by our much loved (before joining hands with pro LTTE gang) general. The difference is 6 months back entire country was in a common front (except the pro LTTE gang) to defeat these allegations but now that common front is divided by an individual who was instrumental in that historical fight. Portion of the Lankans who loved the country are supporting Sarath Fonseka (general who was attacking the pro LTTE gang) thinking he is the same man who was amongst us months ago. Because of this biased opinion they have lost the courage to accept the truth. But the duty of a countryman today is to see through this disguise & make the correct choice as if the country chose the correct choice over the past few years. Country should deserve what is best for it & it should be above individual preference & individual motives.

Great Powers Comes with Great Responsibilities

Due to the information published in Sunday Leader on the 13th December UN had sought for information from the Sri Lankan government. This is what we all know.
http://www.indianexpress.com/news/un-seeks-explanation-on-death-of-three-senior-ltte-leaders/557320/
Some years ago in Spider Man I which had a conversation between the kid who becomes the spider man & his uncle. Uncle said to the young one "great powers comes with great responsibilities". I honestly believe that SF needs to watch SpiderMan rather than contesting for the election.
Where it is of paramount importance to be responsible for the country which he held powers for. But he has failed on his governance aspect but he continues to talk about it. He wanted to reject what was on the papers but his expressions showed great discomfort whilst he's saying the way the article was published is misleading.
The answer was in his expression but not in his words. But no answer is yet being made on his responsibility or governance.

I supoorted the war against LTTE, I'm also not sure
How Rabil changed his stance to get political advantage was so obvious early in the year. But today his true face is behind SF.
Seeing & hearing how Ranil's clan is behaving I feel like I didn't supported the war but ranil & mangala were the only duo which supported it
Vote against fake faces since you can't 'undo' the vote you gave

Mahajanaya Modayo Karanne Kavuda
One with a brain needs to see this only once before 26th January 2010
What I said vs What I meant VS What people believe
As the general didn't know want to deny & what to accept on last Monday, Sunday Leader reconfirmed the confusion of the general. As a country we are unfortunate to have a presidential election as such. If UNP.JVP & Mangala were successful in their effort of defeating the budget still there will be LTTE & SF is no more than a retired army commander as many if he is lucky to stay alive. This is the simple TRUTH that is forgotten. Can he be better than SB or Mangala.
According to Sunday Leader today

"What needs to be said at this juncture however is that the General to his credit refused to refute the lead story in The Sunday Leader last week, despite intense pressures from his alliance partners to do so. At a hurriedly summoned meeting one hour before he was to meet the press he insisted “I cannot and will not deny the story,” he told The Sunday Leader. At this meeting were Mangala Samaraweera, Tiran Alles, Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Vijitha Herath.
However, the General’s team of alliance partners was strongly of the view that the story would entail a serious political fall-out for him when the campaign proper kicked off. After much arguing and debate, the General in consultation with his political alliance agreed that he would issue a ‘clarification’ of what exactly happened on the ground. “It will not be a denial but a clarification,” he said.
This clarification he requested we carry in our newspaper this week. Which we have done on page one as agreed."
